Scholarship Applicant Eligibility Requirements:

Student applicant must be a graduating high school senior
Agriculture Education. Student must have an active membership in at least one of the following agricultural organizations for a minimum of 2 years: Trails End 4H, Oak Ridge FFA or Grand Oaks FFA.
*In the event of a transfer student, the following guidelines will apply: Agriculture education credits will be determined by a written letter from their former FFA advisor or 4-H Manager, and the student must have completed, or be in the process of completing at least 1 year (and a second Semester of Agriculture education.)
Student applicant must be enrolled in at least one of the following organizations for the entirety of their senior year: Trails End 4H, Oak Ridge FFA or Grand Oaks FFA.

Scholarship Application Guidelines:

To be eligible for a scholarship, all parts of the application must be completed entirely, and all required forms submitted with the application (seechecklist below). Incomplete applications will NOT be considered.
All applications must be submitted by April 24, 2026 at 11:59PM. Scholarship recipients will be notiﬁed in May, 2026.
All applications will be evaluated on a comparative basis by a committee of volunteers. Race, color, sex, creed, etc. will never be a consideration for any decisions the scholarship committee makes.
The decision of Proud Parents Buyers Group Scholarship Committee is ﬁnal. Eligibility does not guarantee an award of scholarship.
The total number of annual scholarships awarded, and the amount of each scholarship will be based on the number of qualiﬁed applicants and the amount of funds available. Proud Parents Buyers Group reserves the right to determine the dollar amount and number of recipients(s) each year. Should funding be unavailable, the Proud Parents Buyers Group reserves the right to suspend the awarding of the scholarships until suﬃcient fundraising goals are reached.
Applications will be destroyed after the evaluation process and will not be returned to applicants.

Signed Agreement Form
Two (2) Letters of Recommendation – Cannot be FFA Advisor, 4-H Leader, or family member.
GPA/Class Rank Veriﬁcation Form signed by High School Counselor or Principal
4-H and/or FFA Membership Veriﬁcation Form(s) signed by Club Manager or Advisor

Scholarships

The aim of the Proud Parents Buyers Group Foundation is to empower and uplift young individuals engaged in
4-H and FFA, facilitating their personal growth and success in agricultural education. Annually, deserving members of Trails End 4-H, Oak Ridge FFA, and Grand Oaks FFA may receive scholarships, with recipients selected based on their submitted application materials.
